Stateland Inc continues its mission to make meaningful contribution as it proceeds with its campaign #WeAreSLI: Giving is in Season All Year Round at Calamba City last January 30. The company successfully turned over donation items such as mattresses, beddings, nebulizers, clothes, school supplies, and educational toys for three of the city’s centers for street children and the elderly.

Stateland is an active developer in the South specifically in the areas of Cavite, Laguna, and Batangas and is no stranger to outreach programs. Just in August of last year, SLI has catered to its local community in barangay Majada Out by providing the most requested items of its Day Care Center. In 2014, it partnered with PLDT in the Gabay Guro Foundation.
The company maintains its friendship with Calamba local government through exerted efforts in coordination and also to be able to deliver to the needs of the city social services.

This 2018, SLI wants to have greater impact and that is by choosing the Center for Street Children, Center for Children with Special Disability, and Crisis Center for adults as beneficiaries.

The turnover ceremony became a success when 40 beneficiaries including house parents and social workers were present during the event day.

Senior Vice President Delie Chua started the program by expressing her gratitude to the City Social Services headed by Ms. Celina Manabat for being so ever cooperative and allowing the company to set further inspiration to the community of Calamba.

City Social Services Department Head Ms. Celina Manabat also expressed her utmost appreciation for the undying support of Stateland for the people their department taking care of. Ms. Manabat also recalled the time in Majada Day Care Center not too long ago in August of 2017.

Barangay Captain Reggie Oliva for his part asked the house parents and the kids that aside from being grateful, they must also learn how to take care of the things that are given to them.
