Stateland, Inc. is an active developer in the South specifically in the areas of Cavite, Laguna, and Batangas. The company has just marked its 40th year in the industry in June of 2016 and is proudly continuing its mission to make meaningful contribution in national development. Last August 10, Stateland engaged in a donation drive with the campaign title #WeAreSLI: Giving is in Season All Year Round at Majada Out Day Care Center, a local day-care center near its project Gran Avila.
Majada Day Care Pupils together with their parents gather for the event at the Majada Out covered court.
Developer holds charity work - The company is no stranger to corporate social responsibility works as it was a major partner in the Gabay Guro Foundation of PLDT back in 2014. This year, Stateland chooses to cater to its local community by providing their most needed and requested items. With some effort and coordination with the Calamba local government, the turnover ceremony became a success where a complete play set (swing, slide, mini basketball rings and ball, mini horse rides, and building blocks), giant story books, coloring books, and jumbo crayons were given to the day care center. Both the AM and PM classes will receive the school supplies and will have access to the play set. Activities and games were also prepared by the Stateland team for the kids, and the attendees were all treated to lunch.
Senior Vice President Delie Chua gave a short message in the event expressing her gratitude towards the local government of Calamba in allowing them the to express their guiding value of good will and hopes to set further inspirations to the community of Calamba.
With little effort, the #WeAreSLI donation drive was able to pull meaningful responses from social workers and parents. Every child wore a smile on their faces.
