 Real estate developer Stateland, Inc. steps ahead this year by launching another project on May 27, 2017. The development, named San Francisco Heights, is envisioned to create a distinct suburban lifestyle right in the middle of the flourishing city of Calamba, Laguna.

Washington Place, all set for summer

Residents of Washington Place can now fully enjoy the summer after Stateland, Inc. has inaugurated another one of the project’s exclusive amenities last April 29. The swimming pools are conveniently located beside the clubhouse and basketball court in the main open space area.

Stateland unveils new project

 Real estate developer Stateland, Inc. once again prides itself with its newest project named San Francisco Heights. Last January 28 was a successful groundbreaking ceremony at the rising community to formally begin construction and sales.
