Washington Place, its grandest development to date, recently launched a serenity garden dedicated to homeowners. Covering 4,300sqm, the serenity garden provides a perfect place for meditation, prayer or even for just relaxation.

Stateland also wastes no time in enhancing lifestyle and encouraging community interaction through various upscale community features of Washington Place. Located in Dasmarinas City, Cavite, Washington Place bears the hallmarks of modern architectural design. It is equipped with a one-hectare-amenity block which features a tennis court, a covered basketball court, a children’s playground, a pool, a giant sized chess board, life-sized chutes and ladders, and a clubhouse that can accommodate 350 to 400 guests on a plenary setting and 250 to 300 guests on a banquet setting.
