The Stateland annual business partners’ assembly was held last January 13, 2016 at the Golden Bay Fresh Seafood Restaurant in Pasay City. The event was attended by 400 real estate agents and brokers. This has been a tradition of the company as a way of giving thanks to its valued partners who has been very supportive in the past year. And to show its gratitude, raffle prizes were given away.
The major prizes included a smartphone, a two-door 7 cu. ft. refrigerator, a 32” smart tv and various home appliances. Cash prizes were also awarded to those who came in their best Venetian mask since the event was a masquerade.
“Allow us to extend Stateland’s gratitude to you for your continuous support not only to the company’s sales, but to its reputation as well. We assure you, this year will truly be an exciting one” said company president Reynaldo T. Cometa who also advised the partners the power of prayers in attracting more blessings and achieving goals.
This year’s Italian theme “’O Sole Mio” heralds another fruitful year ahead not only for Stateland and its partners but also for its
buyers and residents who can look forward to living in the homes that they’ve always dreamed of.
Senior vice president for marketing and planning Delie. U. Chua together with senior assistant vice president Regan C. Uy unveiled the highlight of the event, which is this year’s promos and incentives starting from cash incentives on top of higher commission rates to trips to various Asian destinations. What excited the crowd the most was its major promo, a 5 days and 4 nights-trip to Italy with $2,000.00 pocket money.
The company also awarded its sellers top in the previous year, performance-based rewards such as a Honda Wave Alpha 125, a trip to Macau and a trip to Hong Kong Disneyland.
With four decades of expertise in the housing development, the company has been known for its projects prominent in the southern parts of Metro Manila specifically in Laguna, Cavite and now making its mark in Batangas. In a recent business planning held together with its sales force, the company has unveiled three major excitements for 2016.
Units in Gran Avila’s phase 3 are now available for sale. These units are located relatively near the main open space facility of the community. The main open space caters to the recreational needs of the residents in Gran Avila while it continues to lure homebuyers in Calamba, Laguna with its wide range of units to choose from such as 1 storey and 2 storey single attached units, and townhouses bundled with budget friendly price packages.
The developer recognizes that the rapid economic growth in Metro Manila has paved the way for major improvements in Southern Luzon. Stateland is now proud to be a contributor in the housing needs of Batangas. Its townhouse community in Sto. Tomas, Batangas offers a decent modern yet tranquil living to young business professionals with its townhouse 46(sqm) unit and even to start-up families with its townhouse 64(sqm) unit. Following is the relaunching of Summer Crest Village. Situated in Barangay Sahod Ulan, in Tanza, Cavite, Summer Crest Village aims to cater to the hardworking Filipinos in Tanza, a town that is home to various industrial parks. The development is also near educational institutions, community centers and recreational resorts, making it a suitable home especially for workers who want less travel time to work. Summer Crest Village will be offering socialized housing units with a floor area of 21sqm and lot areas ranging from 35sqm to 55sqm. It will also be equipped with a guarded entrance gate and a playground park. Stateland is eager to relaunch the said project in the summer of 2016.
