REAL-ESTATE DEVELOPER Stateland Inc. recently held its annual brokers’ conference at the Golden Bay Fresh Seafood Restaurant in Pasay City last January 14, 2015. This conference has been an annual tradition of the company which aims to recognize the company’s top sellers and business partners and thank them for their exemplary contribution to the company’s success in the previous year.
Stateland President Reynaldo T. Cometa welcomed the brokers and sales officers at the start of the event where he also gladly commended them for the significant increase in sales for 2014.
“You, the company’s sales arm and its business partners are truly one of our inspirations in building quality and lasting homes,” Cometa said. He also referred to them as the “haligi ng kumpanya”, highlighting their solid contribution not only to Stateland’s sales but to the company’s reputation as a developer of quality homes.
Cometa assured the guests that the company will continue to live up to its vision that is to be a leader in the real estate industry and its mission to deliver quality and innovative products as well as build mutually beneficial alliances with its business partners.
Last year’s theme, “American Dream”, revolved around the idea of reaching the peak of success and living that dream with a trip to the USA for the company’s top sellers. This year the company proudly unveiled its 2015 theme; “Let’s Tour ‘d France”. First Assistant Vice President for Sales and Marketing Regan Uy and Sales Division Head Hazel Layag presented to the excited crowd the year’s promos and incentives which feature trips to Asian destinations including Japan and a week-long trip to the city of love, Paris.
The brokers’ conference attended by close to 600 of Stateland’s top sellers, kicked off the exciting projects and events of the year. A 40” Samsung LED TV, a refrigerator, a washing machine and other raffle prizes were given away. Stateland Inc. also recognized its top sellers for 2014 with prizes including IPad Airs, a Honda Scoopy, a trip to Macau for two, a trip to Hongkong Disneyland and a trip to Universal Studios Singapore.
Senior Vice President for Sales and Marketing Delie U. Chua wrapped up the event and acknowledged all those who contributed to reaching the 2014 sales goal. “We express our gratitude for your support all these years and for making our goals reachable,” Chua said.
This year’s theme “Let’s Tour d’ France” heralds another fruitful year ahead not only for Stateland and its business partners but also for its buyers and residents who can look forward to living in the homes that they’ve always dreamed of.
